Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ruffbarsg.com or buy from GAO JIAK GAI PTE. LTD. (UEN 202626151N), the official distributor of Ruff Bar® products in Singapore ("Ruff Bar SG", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Singapore dollars (S$) and shown at checkout. Bundle prices apply automatically.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error.
• To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best before it is dispatched.

Delivery

• We deliver within Singapore. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days.
• Delivery is free when your order total after any promo discount is S$50 or more; otherwise a delivery fee is shown at checkout.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct.

Returns and refunds

• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
• For hygiene and safety, opened food products can't be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.

Starter Pack

The Starter Pack is limited to one per account, requires Google sign-in, and is excluded from promo codes.

Promo codes

• One promo code per order. Codes may have an expiry date, apply only to certain products, or be limited to specific accounts.
• Promo codes have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash.

Store credit and loyalty points

• Store credit can be used towards purchases on ruffbarsg.com. It has no cash value, can't be transferred, and does not expire unless we tell you otherwise.
• Loyalty points are earned on the amount you pay and have no cash value.
• We may adjust or remove credit or points that were issued in error or obtained through misuse.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse of offers.

Feeding and pet health

Follow the feeding guidelines on the packaging and supervise your dog when giving treats. Consult your vet if your dog has allergies or health conditions. Ruff Bar® products are not for human consumption.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
